We ship to the United States, Canada and all 27 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Processing & transit
Order processing takes 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends. After dispatch, transit takes 15-30 calendar days. Processing and transit are separate periods; allow for both when planning your order.
Shipping charges
The shipping charge is $5.99 per order. Free shipping applies only when the order contains at least 2 items AND the merchandise subtotal is $50.99 or more. A single-item order is charged $5.99 even when its merchandise value exceeds $50.99. Two items below the subtotal threshold are also charged $5.99.
Taxes & duties
Product prices include applicable taxes and duties. You do not pay additional taxes or import duties for these orders.
Tracking
Your tracking number is sent by email after dispatch. We use multiple third-party logistics providers. Use the tracking information in your dispatch email to follow the shipment.
Address changes
During processing, email us as soon as possible to request an address change. Address changes are not accepted after dispatch. Check the address carefully before ordering.
Delayed, missing or damaged delivery
Email [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. For damage, describe the issue and include photographs if available. Our team will review the information and coordinate with the logistics provider. If you need to return an item, follow our returns policy.
Company & return addresses
The public company address is a business contact address. It should not be treated as the dispatch location or used as a return address without instructions. Email us to receive the return mailing address.
