All store prices and order amounts are in United States dollars (USD). Visa, Mastercard and JCB are accepted.
When you are charged
Payment is charged when you place the order. Check the selected product, option, quantity, delivery address and order total before submitting. A payment notification confirms the charge; contact us if you have questions about the order or fulfilment.
Tax, duty & delivery charges
Product prices include taxes and duties. Shipping is $5.99 unless both free-shipping conditions are met: at least 2 items and a merchandise subtotal of at least $50.99. A single item does not qualify for free shipping.
Declined or interrupted payments
Check your card details, available funds and any authentication requested by your card issuer. If a payment is declined or interrupted, confirm its status before trying again to avoid a duplicate charge. Contact your issuer or email us with the order information; never send a full card number, security code or password by email.
Refund destination
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after returned goods are received. See the returns policy for eligibility, return postage and instructions.
