50 days from receipt
Request a return or exchange within 50 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. We accept new or lightly used items, items with defects or product-quality issues, and returns based on personal preference.
Start by email
Contact [email protected] with your order number, the item and option, and the reason for return or exchange. For a product issue, describe it and include photographs if available. We will provide the return mailing address. Do not send an item to the public company address unless we instruct you to do so.
Return postage
For a personal-preference return or exchange, the customer pays return postage. For a defective item or a product-quality problem, NCVVFFZZ pays return postage. Contact us before sending the item so that the appropriate arrangements can be made.
Refunds
After the returned goods are received, the refund is processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Keep your return shipping information until the return has been resolved.
Exchanges
Email us to request the exchange and receive the return mailing address, then send the item back as instructed. A replacement is arranged after the return. Tell us which replacement product, size or finish you are requesting.
Cancellation requests
If you want to cancel an order, email us promptly with the order number. We will explain the available options based on its processing or dispatch status. After delivery, use the return process above. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
